The application, as well as associated support, maintenance, or development services, and all products and services provided by Iridia Solution, are described on the official website.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Application by the User.
Definitions
- Application: The Difuse Phone application for iOS, Android, and desktop platforms.
- Personal Data: Personal data of the User processed by the Application.
- Data: Any content or data provided by the User.
- Iridia Solutions Private Limited: Company incorporated under the laws of India.
- Service: Notification gateway and debug logger provided with Difuse Phone.
- Device: Internet-enabled device capable of running the Application.
- User: Any person using the Application or Service.
- Contact Person: Any person using the Application or Service.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use ("T&Cs") is to define the conditions under which the User may access the Application and use the Service.
These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the Application and website.
Downloading the Application and subscribing to the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Service Description
The "Difuse Phone free notification gateway and logger" Service offers the following features:
- Notify users of incoming calls
- Allow users to send debug logs
Access To The Service
Users can access the Service by downloading the application from supported app stores.
The application is officially supported only with Iridia devices, though it may also operate with third-party SIP servers without official support.
Personal Use
The Service and Application may be used for personal or professional purposes.
Automated or abusive usage of the free API without human intervention is strictly prohibited.
Iridia Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate abusive usage.
Intellectual Property
The Application is a fork of Linphone and released under the GNU GPL v3 license.
Main rights granted under the license include:
- Use and execute the Application
- Access and modify source code
- Develop derivative works
- Redistribute derivative versions under GPL v3 terms

Service Availability
Iridia Solutions undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure continuity and quality of service.
The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or improvement purposes.
No compensation may be claimed for service unavailability.
No Warranty - Support Exclusions
Iridia Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application or Service.
No free support or corrective maintenance services are included.
Users may subscribe separately for support services.
Iridia Solutions Liability
Iridia Solutions shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or Application.
This includes loss of customers, profits, reputation, or third-party claims.
Applicable Law - Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law.
Disputes may first be submitted to mediation.
If unresolved within one month, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of India.
